Who should regulate Western Sahara?

.NEARLY 50 YEARS have passed given that Morocco declared supreme power over Western Sahara, a slice of land that stretches for 900km along the Atlantic shoreline to the nation's south. The Polisario Face-- a protection group backed through Algeria, Morocco's enduring opponent, as well as standing for the territory's indigenous population, the Sahrawi-- is still fighting for control. In 2020 a 29-year ceasefire broke down. On July 30th France called Morocco's plan for Western Sahara the "merely basis" to fix the problem. Algeria withdrew its emissary to France in feedback.
